We are a hub of learning and information for those who may be struggling with health issues, or for those who are looking to optimize their health. We provide monthly classes as well as nutritional consulting to ensure that you feel supported in whatever your health goals are. Hi, Everyone! My name is Josie and I am the manager of The Natural Alternative. I am a proud aunt and a cat mom of two silly fur babies. When I’m not working, I like to spend my day at the beach, sitting next to a campfire, or cooking an amazing meal! I am also enrolled to become a NBHWC certified Wellness Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I am passionate about helping others and am honored to do so at The Natural Alternative.

I moved to the Central Coast CA in 2013 and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2019 to pursue my commitment to help my community find health and wellness through nutrition. In 2024 I’m working to become a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Coach in order to become NBHWC certified.
